Payroll Business Analyst

We have implemented a Group Shared Services function to service more than 30 businesses across New Zealand and Australia. This function provides support across Accounts Payable, Debt Recovery /Credit Management and Payroll and we are currently on the lookout for a Payroll Business Analyst.

You will act as a business partner and you be contribution to a project which is underway. You will be responsible for;
-The investigation of compliance status
-Recommending, agreeing and implementing the process including technology and people activities
-Any assigned task to ensure they are delivery on time and to a high standard with impeccable attention to detail

To be successful in this role you will;
-Have 5 + years payroll experience in a shared service environment with knowledge of multiple pay types
-Have an analytical approach whilst remaining resilient and resourceful
-Be fluent in Chris21 and knowledge of query analysis systems
-Full understanding of Payroll Legislation including the Holidays act
-Immaculate communication skills

You will also be adept to building effective partnerships throughout the business. Your natural ability to communicate effectively across a wide audience combined with your ability to use your initiative, think outside of the box whilst remaining calm in a pressured environment will see you succeed in this position.
