About the opportunity
The BA and Engagement Manager is responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and resource management to a team of Business and Engagement Analysts. Our goal ensure that current and future projects and programmes are resourced with the right people at the right time and that the team is utilised as efficiently as possible. As we take a journey towards becoming a Digitally Integrated organisation, you will help us embed the Digital ways of working and continuously refine our Digital Operating Model. Through your team, you will support the adoption and ongoing evolution of Lean, Agile, and customer-centric approaches and working practices across Group Technology (GT).
Leadership – Continuously build and engage a high performing team through recruitment, coaching, and development.
Resource Management – Maintain effective capacity planning and resource tracking across the portfolio.
Grow our Digital Capability – Grow a core of permanent Business and Engagement Analysts and facilitate career development plans, cross-skill training, and uplifting our Digital capability.
About you
This is a leadership role that will operate in a matrix structure partnering with multiple businesses within Fletcher Building. This role requires someone with proven experience in stakeholder engagement, people leadership, and developing Business Analysis capability in a large scale and highly complex organisation. We will be looking for someone with high intellect, commercial nous, technical ability, and an extensive set of proven skills and experience such as:
- Demonstrable leadership experience in driving business and Digital change programmes within large scale organisations across multiple business units and geographies.
- Ability to lead teams and workgroups effectively through clear direction and strong interpersonal relationships.
- Proven track record of implementing large scale digital solutions in Finance, Manufacturing, Sales, and Supply Chain.
