The Role
You will be joining a fun and supportive team in Greenlane. This position will allow you to combine your passion for customer service along with your accounts payable knowledge.
-Undertake a range of customer service duties including investigating, analysing and resolving incidents
-Communicating with business units and vendors alike, ensuring issues are dealt with
-Using integrated accounting software multiple different systems– an understanding of accounts payable will stand you in high regard
-High level of attention to detail to execute work to the highest standard
-A mixture of inbound phone calls and email queries, seeking first time resolution
Reporting to an exceptional manager, you will bring your smile and positive attitude to the office each day, offering excellent service to our customers.
